North Vision Retail – Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at North Vision Retail. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy for all orders fulfilled within Canada.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours for retail.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options across Canada:

Expedited Parcel 2 to 4 business days $14.99
Priority / Express 1 to 2 business days $24.99

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak holiday seasons or due to severe weather conditions. Remote Locations: Please note that shipping to remote locations or rural areas (including but not limited to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and certain postal codes starting with a '0') may require additional transit time.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes

North Vision Retail ships to addresses within Canada, including P.O. Boxes, using  Canada Post. 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Taxes (GST/HST/PST)

Sales tax is charged based on the shipping address provided at checkout, in accordance with Canadian federal and provincial tax laws. The applicable taxes (GST, HST, or PST) will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

North Vision Retail is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
