REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The item is non-perishable (food products that have been opened or damaged due to improper storage are not eligible for return)
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed food and beverage products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


International Orders (Cross-Border)

For orders shipped internationally between Canada and Indonesia:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refund processing times for international orders may take 10–15 business days due to banking and currency conversion timelines.
